¡@¡@The treatment process of tempered glass is as:when heating glass close to molten point,to carry out even and rapid cooling treatment in the surface of glass to produce compression stress while it is tension stress inside the glass,thus enhancing the strength and thermal stability.the glass will break into cellular pieces when the external force exceeds its strength.It is hence a highly safety glass.

CHARACTERISTICS:
* The anti-shock strength of tempered glass of same thickness is 3-5 fold of that common glass,anti-bending strength 2-5 fold that of common glass.
* When the glass is broken by external force,the glass will break into small and obtuse shape pieces,resulting in reduced harm to human body.
* It can withstand sudden temperature change.(for example,a tempered glass of 5mm thickness could withstand temperature change of 220°C.)

Sizes: 2.8-19mm (full tempered) ¡@¡@1.8-2.5mm (half-tempered)
The smallest size: 20*20mm
The largest size: 2440*4800mm(5100mm)
